Ousmane I

Ousmane and his family are from Burkina Faso, in the central Sahel region of West Africa, which is among the epicentre of violence committed by non-state armed forces. This violence has led to population displacement, particularly in rural areas. Ousmane and his family found refuge in Pazani, a peripheral district of the capital with no water or electricity. His parents’ lack of income means they cannot afford to send their children to school. Sponsorship means so much for his future.
